Booking Information for Non-Member Promotional Weeks

Any booking requests must be made at least 45 days prior to your travel dates.
Three different travel dates are required and must be at least 7 days apart.
Resort check-in day is Saturdays only.
All accommodations are subject to availability.
Once your accommodation has been confirmed you will be issued with your hotel voucher, which you will need to produce upon check-in to the resort
Once the accommodation is booked it cannot be transferred to another party.
Avoid trying to book certain high occupancy periods such as Christmas, Traditional New Year plus Thai and Chinese New Year.
The cost of your flights, food and entertainment are the sole responsibility of the customer, as are all health precautions, insurance, passport, visa and entry requirements for the country visiting.
Additional nights can be booked at the normal resort/hotel rental rate.
Upon check-in guests would be asked for a copy of their debit / credit card for room security as per normal resort procedures, if clients do not have a debit / credit card then a cash deposit of €500 will be requested.

The offer is open to couples between the ages of 30-65
Couples must be either married or cohabiting in the same residence for at least 2 years
A combined annual income in the excess of USD 50,000
Clients take part in a 90-minute presentation on the benefits of vacation ownership. Both partners must attend
Failure to attend the presentation will result in being charged full rack rate for the accommodation
You are under no obligation to purchase any of the vacation products on offer
Both partners must be fluent in English
Be in full-time employment or retired, if retired must have a private pension
All accommodations are on a self-catering basis
This offer cannot be redeemed for cash and has no cash equivalent
Accommodation will be offered for 2 adults and up to 2 children under the age of 12

Disqualifying Criteria

Club Unique Members
Persons within the same industry
Anyone who has attended a Club Unique Presentation within the last 2 years
Group travel is not permitted. A group is defined as two or more families travelling during the same period to the same resort area or property
Promotional weeks cannot to be used for Honeymoon purposes

This promotional offer cannot be used in conjunction with any other Club Unique or Patong Bay Hill Resort promotions.
